Cancellation and Late Policies
Late policy:
We understand that things happen like traffic, kids, jobs and life, so we ask that you please allow ample time to make your appointment. We do factor in a grace period of 5 minutes when these things do happen. However we cannot accommodate the full treatment time for clients that arrive more than 5 minutes late and your service will be shortened based on how late you arrive. Payment will not be discounted to reflect new service time due to lateness.
Cancellation Policy and Rescheduling Policy:
We require a minimum of 24 hours for canceling and or rescheduling appointments. In the event you would like to reschedule an appointment, this must be done within 24 hours of your appointment time. We ask this so that we may open up your time slot to another client . Cancellations made less than 24 hours will result in a charge of 50% of the price of service scheduled And Less than 8 hours in advance will result in a 100% charge.
NO CALL NO SHOW Policy:
Your scheduled appointment is booked for you and only you. Our therapists cannot fill no-show appointments, so we ask our clients to have consideration of our time. Our commission based therapists came to work for you and they will be compensated. No call and NO show appointments will be charged a fee of 100% of the price of service scheduled or amount of gift certificate will be redeemed without refund.
