Things to consider before coming in for an appointment:
1. If you are seriously concerned or at high risk for getting Covid we strongly suggest you reconsider making a massage appointment with any therapist anywhere since you will be in very close proximity with another person and it will raise your chances of getting any illness.
2. If you have any issues with walking or getting up and down stairs, our studio is located in an older city townhome and you will be required to have to go up a flight of stairs in order to access the treatment rooms so our facility would probably not be your best option.
3. We are a small private facility with 2 therapists that has been in business for over 10 years with a lot of regular dedicated clientele and our schedule tends to fill up fast. Please take this into consideration and realize that same day or even same week appointment times may not be readily available.

Cancellation and Late Policies
Late policy:
We make every consideration to accommodate our clients if they are late. Please keep in mind that new state regulation impacts the way our appointments are scheduled. We will only allow a grace period of 5 minutes. Therefore we cannot accommodate any clients that arrive more than 5 minutes late for their scheduled appointment. We understand that things happen like traffic, kids, jobs and life, so please allow ample time to make your appointment.
Cancellation Policy and Rescheduling Policy:
We require a minimum of 24 hours for canceling and or rescheduling appointments. In the event you would like to reschedule an appointment, this must be done within 24 hours of your appointment time. We ask this so that we may open up your time slot to another client. Cancellations made less than 24 hours will result in a charge of 50% of the price of service scheduled.
NO CALL NO SHOW Policy:
Your scheduled appointment is booked for you and only you. Our therapists cannot fill no-show appointments, so we ask our clients to have consideration for their therapist. Our commission based therapists took the time to come to work for you and they will need to be compensated. No call and NO show appointments will be charged a fee of 100% of the price of service scheduled.

We require a valid credit card/debit card to hold your appointment. This is for the purpose of enforcing our no-show/last minute cancellation policy.
